Build an itemized budget from the Paragon upgrade, required Tier 5 setup, additional sacrifices, and optional cash slider.
Live budget tool
The number shown on the Paragon upgrade button is only one part of the plan. The full cash commitment also includes the three Tier 5 paths already bought, other same-family towers intended for sacrifice, and any direct cash injection. This tool keeps those amounts separate so a budget total is not confused with the amount that creates Power.
The selector reads the checked Easy, Medium, Hard, or Impoppable price from the central Paragon record. It recomputes immediately after either selection changes. To scan every upgrade without setup fields, use the BTD6 Paragon Costs table.
Creating a Paragon requires the tower family's three Tier 5 paths. Their purchase costs belong in the budget, but this calculator does not invent a preset: crosspaths, discounts, and game conditions can change what you paid. Enter the actual planned amount instead.
Eligible same-family tower spending beyond the excluded required Tier 5 towers converts at 1 Power per Paragon price divided by 20,000. The tool floors the conversion to whole Power and combines it with slider Power before applying the shared 60,000 cap.
The manual slider introduced in v39 avoids placing more sacrifice towers. It uses the same price-based cash category at 5% lower efficiency, so each Power costs the placed-tower rate multiplied by 1.05. This is an efficiency difference in the conversion, not a separate difficulty multiplier or refund rule. For a focused view, open the Cash Slider Calculator.
Total spending keeps increasing if you enter more cash, but effective cash Power stops at its category cap. That is why the breakdown shows raw and effective contributions separately. A larger budget is not automatically a higher Degree if the added money is in a category that is already full.
Use this page to test affordability, then take the cash inputs to the Paragon Degree Calculator to combine them with pops, income, upgrades, extra Tier 5s, and Totems. The Sacrifice Calculator explains which tower-side inputs belong in the plan.
No. The displayed upgrade price is paid after you have built the three required Tier 5 paths. Enter those earlier purchases separately in the setup field.
Eligible spending on absorbed same-family towers contributes to the shared cash-Power category. The excluded required Tier 5 setup is still part of your budget total.
Yes. Manual cash injection uses the post-v39 price-scaled conversion and shares the 60,000 Power cash cap with eligible sacrificed tower spending.
No. The v39 update notes describe injected cash as 5% less efficient, represented by a 1.05 cost multiplier per Power compared with eligible placed-tower cash.
No. The combined cash category caps at 60,000 effective Power, while Degree 100 requires 200,000. Other categories or Power Totems must supply the rest.
