How to build it

Unlock with 750,000 Sniper Monkey XP, then build Cripple MOAB, Elite Sniper and Elite Defender. Released in v57.0; class: Military. XP is not Degree Power. All three required T5 paths must be present in a run that permits this Paragon.

Common planning mistake

Treating its post-creation Cash Drops as pre-creation sacrifice income, or applying a universal base-stat multiplier as exact charged-ability DPS.
